Comment and WIN!

Hello my crafty friends!!
Wow a lot of things have been happening in my crafty life lately.

First off I resigned from Die Cuttin' Divas Design Team this month to allow me more time to work on my personal projects, my Close to my Heart business and my blog.
And then LoveBug Creations decided it was time to close their doors as well as their DT.
I was very sad to hear this news but totally understand the decision and love the LoveBug family and products just the same.

So I am now only on one design team, Kiwi Lanes. I love Kiwi Lane as you can tell by most of my projects! I only post for them once or twice a month so that leaves lots of open days for me to post.

Do you have any suggestions or ideas of things you would like to see on a weekly basis?
I would like to try and post on a regular basis, giving you many more day inspiration.

How about one day a week I post a new sketch?
A new video? A new card a week? A CTMH day a week?
Did you enjoy my YouTube Tuesdays and Throwback Thursdays from before?
Wednesdays are always Wednesday Winners if I have winners to announce.
And of course I'll keep doing hops! I love blog hopping!

And what do I need to do to get more participants in my monthly challenges? Do you like them? Or should I stop them and concentrate on something different.

I would like to hear from you my readers and my followers. Please leave me your suggestions and comments below.

If you do I will draw one random person to win a fun grab bag of goodies from me!! Wohooo!

Don't forget today is the last day to enter my monthly challenge!!
Thanks so much for being here and scrappy hugs!

  1. Hello, Connie. I'd like to see you continue with what you're doing - no changes are required! Unless you want to, of course! Just do what you want to do and I'm sure it will be great! I like video tutorials showing various techniques, so that's my suggestion.

I enjoy your monthly challenges and try to play along when I can. If you would like more entrants, you could make the themes more generic. I don't usually do the blog hops because the requirements are (usually) that you have to become a follower of every blog on the hop. Sometimes I don't want to do that. But I like to follow you! Hope my 2 cents worth helps! Looking forward to seeing what's to come!

  6. I always love seeing tutorials for projects so would like to see a card or project a week. I don't have an electronic die cut machine though, so would prefer projects that don't use those...or at least a mix. I haven't joined the monthly challenges because of lack of time but I hope to be able to participate at some point so I hope you continue those!

    1. Will definitely work on some tutorials. Question? What do you have as far as die cutters? Anything? Just so I know. I do use mine in almost everything but I can definitely make some geared towards you. Just need to know what you are in to using. Are you a card maker? I hope you can start playing in my challenges. They are pretty easy and I love seeing everyone else's work! Thanks for your input and for following my blog! Scrappy hugs! Connie

  7. I am sorry to hear abt LoveBug closing up. That is a loss. I think it was through them that I started following your blog by email.

I really liked last month's challenge sketch, but I got stymied when it appeared I had to like your Facebook page in order to participate. I don't do FB.....so I found other challenges to play. Maybe I misinterpreted your rules.

In general, I like 2-week challenges the best. That gives me time to find the challenge, plan my project, and get it made and posted. That's my two cents' worth! :)

Thanks for the chance to win some goodies!!!

    1. I really value your opinions. Thank you. I can see how following my facebook might deter you if you don't have facebook. I would of course never hold that against you. So please. I hope you'll start entering them. I would love to offer more challenges to enter but right now it's just me running my blog. I don't have a DT and I have a hard time getting sponsors for my one challenge and hop a month. So I don't think adding another in at this time is feasible. But in the future who knows. I have thought about a DT. Maybe one day! Thanks for your honesty and for being a great follower. Scrappy hugs, Connie

  8. I love seeing your cute projects every week and would really like seeing projects using CTMH stamps because I love to stamp. I am always looking for new ways to use my stamps and would also like ideas on how to use stickers as well. I have so many stickers, but I never use them. Thanks!

    1. You are right! I do need to focus some more on my CTMH stamps. I finally have a good collection of them too. Along with the Cricut carts! Stickers...that's a tough one but I will see what I can come up with for you! Thanks for the ideas and for being such a great follower! Scrappy hugs! Connie
