Hello Everyone. This is Daphne with Crafty Scraps of Stuff. Today is my first Design Team post. I am looking forward to sharing all kinds of projects with all of you.
I recently became a Nana to a sweet little boy. I sewed him a really nice Diaper Bag. You can see the diaper bag on my blog if you would like to check it out. I am working on Burp Cloths now. I thought I would share the video I am following to make them.
Thank you so much for checking out this great tutorial. I hope it inspires you to get crafty!!
I am here today to share with you a really pretty but masculine card I created using the Close to my Heart cartridge Artfully Sent. The Cricut Explore made this card super easy to cut however I wanted a few extra layers of color so I added my own.
It was really hard to photograph the tri fold so I'll try my best to explain it. The first panel is the deer and rabbit, they open to the left. The next panel is the brown frame with the bush and the tree branch, they open to the right. The inside is the dark green bush where you can add your sentiment. I also added some sequins for that extra bling power! Because guys can have bling too!! LOL!
I added liquid crystal to the leaves for the shine. And there you have it!
If you don't have this cartridge yet and you love to make cards, it's a must have!!
I will be using this one for a Scrapbook Album I am working on for my daughters for their yearly photos that I have been working on for them to give to each one of them when they graduation from High School... to show how much they changed and matured throughout their years of school.... Make sure to stop by my blog for more information and ideas... Thank you for stopping by today and hope you enjoy this sketch... Happy Crafting and have a wonderful weekend...
and today I'm posting last minute for our dear DT Daphne, who is becoming a Grandma, please head here and give her some love.
Here is my last minute project for Connie Can Crop:
I made these bookends (only one shown here, I'm saving the other one for a later post) for my husband birthday. This Bookend has a see-through divider between the 2 glasses. I used it a shadow box and made a dimensional layout and was able to display a picture in the back as well:
I used some discontinued CTMH papers and embellishments.
You can find the new collections here.
