Hot Air Balloon Canvas

Today I want to share another project I made when I attended the most amazing classes at Let's Get Creative taught by Suzy West. They were held at the Prima Outlet in Chino, California. I learned some (new to me) techniques and created some gorgeous layouts and this amazing canvas.

This 12x12 canvas includes distressing, both in inking and sanding. It is made using mostly Prima products. And it's going to look amazing on my wall.

I can't thank you enough for checking out my project. It means the world to me and I hope you truly enjoyed it. May it inspire you to create something wonderful!   Scrappy Hugs!

  3. I love your canvas! I have been too scared to do a canvas. I started one a couple years ago and then I stopped. Maybe someday I will do one.

  4. Oh Connie, I LOVE this canvas!! I grew up in Albuquerque. New Mexico, where the International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is held every October. You can see hundreds of balloons in the sky from all over the city. Every time I see something balloon related, it reminds me of my childhood!

It sounds like your class what a lot of fun! I wished I lived closer to the Prima Outlet...especially when they have their warehouse sales!! (BL)
