This is a blog hop featuring projects inspired by our family tree and our Grandparents in honor of National Grandparents Day.

This is a weekend hop, but you have until Monday at midnight to finish hopping.

Today I created a gorgeous family tree for myself! This was a kit I have had for years!!
The tree is actually pressed wood and I painted it and covered it with paper then screwed in the hardware and hung my photos. The photos are also on pressed wood frames.
It was a time consuming project but so worth it!
I added my boys at the top, then My husband and I below them, with each of our parents below us. So it's kind of a reversed family tree! But I love it!
I also created a layout featuring an SVG file from Miss Kate Cuttables along with some diecuts and paper from an older company Storytellers Club (remember them?). I also incorporated some chipboard embellishments from BoBunny.

Everything came together beautifully!
My family photos are going to look amazing on this layout!!
