We are about to host our very first
National Scrapbook Day
Cyber Crop!!
The theme is Spring Fling!!
What is a cyber crop? It's 5 days of games and new challenges to inspire you and help you create some awesome projects online with your virtual scrapbooking community.
Each day beginning May 2nd, I will post a new game and a new challenge on my blog. You simply follow the directions and play along to what ever you want and upload by the deadline of May 7th at 10 pm. I will pick a winner from each game and challenge at random to win a prize from me, Connie Can Crop!! That's 10 chances to win!!
Open to scrapbookers, card makers, and crafters of all sorts as long as you follow the guidelines of each contest!
I decided to stick with this month's challenge theme:
The prize for this month's challenge is a $20.00 gift card from PaperCrafting World.
My card started life as a shopping bag. My son and his wife gave me something in this bag and I held on to in hopes of someday finding the perfect project to make with it.
I choose PaperCrafting World's, "Card Circle Cut Out" SVG to work with.
The only changes I made to my cut file were to ungroup the file and put each layer onto it's own page.
I did make a couple of changes to the embellishments, the file comes with a vine and flowers to go on the vine but my, "happy birthday" stamp is too big to use that vine so I added a few jewel flowers instead. I made a belly band and bow with scraps from making the card.
Don't forget about this month's challenge at Connie Can Crop please come and join in the FUN!!
What an adorable Easter layout these bunnies made. I added some some pearls, ink, pop dots and Celebrate (a Close to my Heart Thin Cuts Die) to the title.
I can't thank you enough for checking out my project. It means the world to me and I hope you truly enjoyed it. May it inspire you to create something wonderful! Scrappy Hugs!
Don't forget to enter my challenge! You only have a few days left!!

Hi! It's Kim from Katydid Cards for YouTube Tuesday. I'm sharing a video on how to make a Z-fold Pop-Up card that's so popular right now. It has an Easter theme and I know we're beyond that now, but you can certainly use this technique for any holiday or event!
If you haven't tried making one of these for yourself yet, perhaps this video will give you the inspiration to give it a go.
Even better, make one of these cards with something recycled or reused and enter it in our challenge this month!
You have until the end of the month to enter. For more details or to link up, just click here. One winner will be picked at random and will win a great prize from our sponsor this month, Paper Crafting World.
It's Connie here today to share a cute card using one of Kitty Bee's digital images. The gello Giraffe toy digi stamp is perfect for a card for a child or an expecting mom.
I don't have either of those to send cards out to so I decided to just go generic with a smile! The bright colors and added sequins bring this sweet giraffe to life! This card is perfect for Spring!!
You can find him and other great Digital Images in the Kitty Bee shop.
I can't thank you enough for checking out my blog today. It means the world to me and I hope you truly enjoyed it. May it inspire you to create something wonderful! Scrappy Hugs!

Hello my crafty friends!! It's time to announce the new challenge at Kitty Bee!!
Happy Aloha Friday, friends! It's time for a new challenge...
Challenge #93 - In the Garden
Sponsor: Sami Stamps
2nd Sponsor: The Paper Shelter
For my project I created this bright and cheery card using an image from the Paper Shelter...
I used my CTMH markers and watercolors to color in the image. The shape was cut out with a spellbinders die and my cuttlebug. All my papers were scraps from my stash.
Hope you will stop on over at Kitty Bee and join in this fun challenge!

I'm going to be honest, I'm not a very good paper piecer (is that a thing?!). I usually go the print/cut route to save me some time! But I pieced this little bear together to try it out. About an hour later (does it always take that long!??), shes finished! Shes adorable too ;)
This month I have a super fun layout I created using 2 different files from Miss Kate.
What a perfect title for a day at an amusement park! Get Day of Fun HERE.
This Ferris Wheel file is so cute! I just love Ferris Wheels!!
I also added some fun stamped images from Close to my Heart and sequins! This layout is based on a sketch but I can't for the life remember whose it was! But it's awesome!
