  Mother Goose Blog Hop

Welcome to the Mother Goose Blog Hop

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
How I wonder what you are.

I have always loved Nursery Rhymes. From Old Mother Hubbard and Old King Cole to Jack and Jill and Humpty Dumpty. So many amazing childhood memories!! I am so happy to be a part of this very special blog hop. Thank you Lisa for putting it together.

You should have arrived from Jessica.
But if you would like to start at the beginning head on over to Lisa's blog.
When I was a little girl of just 3 years old I carried a Nursery Rhyme book with me every where I went. I just adored those short stories and had to have my book! My mom told me I used to sit in the shopping cart and "read" every single story out of my book and that all the people in the store were so amazed at how smart I was, that I could read at such a young age. Funny thing is I couldn't actually read, I had just memorized every one of those nursery rhymes word for word and still know them all by heart today!
My project I created for today is a gift bag for a new baby.
I love creating my own unique gift bags and these files from Miss Kate Cuttables along with this adorable paper line from Prima was the perfect fit for this blog hop.

I wanted to incorporate as many of the patterns in this line as I could, so Kiwi Lane templates made it very easy to add layers of paper.

My little cow is attached with an action wobble and he actually moves back and forth, jumping over that moon! Super cute!!

I cut out a few more of these images from Miss Kate because they are so darn cute! I plan on creating another bag and a couple of cards. Maybe a layout too!!

Thanks for checking out my project! If you haven't read Mother Goose's Nursery Rhymes you need to!! It's the perfect read for kids of all ages!! I can't wait till I have grandkids to read them too!!

 Up next is Sarah

Here is our complete line up in case you get lost along the way:

Meet the Fab Four- My Design Team!!

Welcome again to my first Design Team of Connie Can Crop!!
Let's Introduce the ladies and learn a bit more about these "fab four"!!

Connie Wallenbrock's photo.

My name is Angela Corcoran and I am a stay at home mom full time, crafter in between. I have 3 boys (hence, 3crazymonkeys!)- Jayce is 11, Logan is 10 and Aiden is 8. They keep me on my toes at all times! I started off scrapbooking when Jayce was born, and have kept growing! Now, I get the privilege of making things for others and I love doing that!

I am a stay at home mom and I am a volunteer EMT for 9 years now. I have been crafting since a very young age and enjoy creating and sharing with friends and family. I quilt, embroider, crochet and paper crafts and of course some woodworking. I love photography and I do that as another hobby. My favorite is to make mini albums.

Hello my name is Chriss America Real. I have been married for 37 years to my high school sweetheart. I have two children, Kelly is 34 and Brian is 32. I am retired from a job with the Federal Government. I love dogs. I am a dog obedience coach, a foster dog mommy and I have my own very spoiled rescue dog named Louie. My blog is named Scrappin' with Chriss and Lou because Louie is always with me in my craft room. He goes wherever I go, he follows me around the house all day. If you would like to see pictures of Lou and read about his rescue, please click on the link at the top of my blog that says "Lou"I started my blog Scrappin' With Chriss and Lou about 5 years ago. When I first started, I didn't think my work was good enough to publish....but...I met so many wonderful, encouraging bloggers who helped me get better and better at this craft. I really enjoy having my blog. I love to give away prizes. I will be in my craft room and I will see something and think "I think I will give this away" and suddenly have a prize giveaway! It is fun! You never know when a prize giveaway will pop up on my blog! I hope you will join me for the fun!
I am a part time staying at home Mom, part time crafting instructor, and part time home office manager for my husband business. I love to create using new techniques and innovative products. I try to include pictures in most of my projects, since I practically started as a scrapbooker, then moved on onto other paper crafting areas. Furthermore, I enjoy participating in on-line challenges to get out of my creative box, thus creating for Connie Can Crop will be a fun way to achieve further inspiration and to meet more fellow fun paper crafters.

Aren't they a great group? I am so excited!! Angela and Audrey I have known for a few years. They always participate in my blog hops. I can always count on them for great projects and full participation. It will be awesome having them working so closely with me on my team. Chriss and I just met this year. We are both on the 3 Girl Jam DT and she is really inspiring and fun! I know she will bring a great energy to this group!! And Veronica has been one of my followers for a while as well as a participant of my challenges, which is awesome!! I am so glad to have her on my team and to help grow her blog!! It's going to be amazing!
Be sure to check out their first projects and our new calendar of events starting July 1st!! We all know you are going to love it!!
