DT Day with Paper Nest Dolls

Hi, Sue from Sue's Paper Crafts with you today is my day to share my project made with this month's sponsor image from Paper Nest Dolls. I choose this cute mermaid to work with because I love mermaids and lighthouses.

I have had this little cutting board for a few months trying to decide what to do with it. It measures 5 1/2" tall (without the handle) x 4 1/2" wide. I got it at a little place called The Kitchen Collection, it was only a couple of dollars.

After I colored the image with colored pencils I fussy cut it then I coated the cutting board with a coat of Mod Podge. When the first coat dried I put a coat on the back of the cutout mermaid and adhered it to the board. After it dried I put another layer of Mod Podge over all of it.

I added some jewels and a ribbon.

Please come and join in the fun with this month's Watercolors challenge at Connie Can Crop.

DT Day ~ Paper Nest Dolls: Fairy Emma

Hey everyone! It's Angela with Mermaids & Monograms. I am oging to share with you a card I made using a digital stamp from our sponsor, Paper Nest Dolls.

I used Fairy Emma with unicorn for my stamp. I went with our challenge theme of watercolors and colored her in with some water color crayons I found at Michaels the other day. Not a big fan of them as they are super wide and hard to get the small spots! I stamped the sentiment with a stamp from Jaded Blossom and the sequins are from Close to my Heart.

Thanks for taking a peek!

Hello my crafty friends!
Connie here today to share an awesome image by this month's fantastic sponsor,
Paper Nest Dolls!!

This isn't your typical image from PND featuring Christine's adorable kiddos. But when I saw how cute it was I knew I needed to use it! This card was perfect for my fun friend's birthday last week!!

I can't thank you enough for checking out my blog today. It means the world to me and I hope you truly enjoyed it. May it inspire you to create something wonderful!   Scrappy Hugs!

Mermaid's pearl by Marji

Our sponsor this month is Paper Nest Dolls.  I chose this beautiful image to work with and kept with our challenge theme of watercolor.

I printed her out on watercolor paper and painted her using my watercolor pencils and water brush.
After it was dry I let my cameo cut the shape for me.
I then added her to a fairly simple card using foam tape.

I embellished with some "beach glass" and some sea shell glitter buttons.

I painted her pearl with some shimmer paint, I couldn't get a good shot of the shine.

Thank You Card

Hey Guys! Angela here from 3*Crazy*Monkeys

Today I am sharing with you a card I made using a digi image from Paper Nest Dolls.

I'll be honest, I never used a digi stamp before...But now? I love them! I opened the stamp up in my silhouette program, traced it and made cut lines so the machine would cut it out. Of course, my mat is loosing its sticky-ness so about 3/4 of the way and it comes off the mat! I ended up hand cutting the rest. I'll list all of my supplies below...I used lots of goodies on this one!

~ Supplies Used ~
Jaded Blossom Fall Dies (for the apple and sign)
Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies (polka dot mat)
Jaded Blossom School Rules (for sentiment)
Le Plume Markers
Pop Dots (on apple and girl)
