Our theme is Anything Birthday

Anything Birthday, isn't that easy!  We probably can use a birthday card in our stash, or know someone with a birthday coming up.  You can make a card, layout or special project for someone's birthday.  Just use your Cricut somewhere in your project.

I love creating custom orders for my clients and this one was so much!!  Her son Tyler was having a Hulk Hogan Wrestlemania themed birthday! I created the cake decoraton by taking a Hulk Hogan svg I found and adding some different wording to it. It came out so cute! I had to play around with it a bit to get the different colors cut so it was a little bit a labor of love.

These invitations. were more of a work of art! I used Hulk and added a wrestling ring in the background as the cardbase and welded them together. From there I printed out a color version of wrestling ring for the background and built my wrestler SVG on top! I also added a number 5 for Tyler's 5th birthday! All the important info fit inside! She loved them so much! And so did Tyler! And that makes my heart happy!

I have been a part of a group that create monthly Memorydex cards. 

I thought it would be awesome to create a shaker card using some clear plastic from some packaging I was going to throw away.

My memorydex card was cut out using a SVG file from Lori Whitlock. I hope you enjoy my card!

WELCOME to Our Challenge Oh Baby! Mood Board

This Challenge runs from 

Monday,  July 5th thru Monday, July 19th

For this challenge we are collaborating with Double Trouble, if you qualify for our challenge you qualify for theirs.

Simply use My Mood Board for inspiration and create a project for a Gift Card, First Birthday, Invitation, Congratulations, Announcement, Thank You Note, Scrapbook page, etc. Your stash is essential and dies are important to this challenge. Let's use at least one die or Cricut cut in creating your project and don't be afraid to use more than one, e.g., frames, sentiments, objects, borders, etc

 

For this challenge only, we are accepting the use of cut items from punches, dies, and any digital cutting machine, but NO fussy-cutting! You also need to follow the theme and enter a baby project.

My project is a layout featuring svg cuts from Miss Kate Cuttable.

They are super cute and perfect for these pics of my friend and I visiting a Country Fair in Kerr County, Texas.

This was by far the smallest Country Fair I had been too! LOL! They had a small rodeo, A petting zoo, and some rides and food. But we had a good time. We always do!

Sorry I took a little hiatus! I took a leap of faith and transfered jobs to Texas! So needless to say it took a while to get my crafting stuff all unpacked and organized but now I have a great craft room!

I had so much fun creating this little ball jar vase. I cut out 2 vase and created a scored insert to help it stand up. Then stuffed it full of moss and artificial flowers. Easy peasy and so cute!
