I talked about this earlier and finally got a few photos to share. I ordered this address book from Oriental Trading Company and altered it using more pieces of this StorytellersClub Kit. I really love how it looks.
You know it is funny because my hubby said I am the only person in the world that uses a phone book! LOL! Whatever I think they are a treasure!!
Again, Thanks a bunch for checking this out! Hope you all had a
wonderful Christmas! I sure did!
You still have ONE more day to enter my challenge so be
sure to check it out!
Scrappy Hugs Friends!! Happy New Year!!!
I use an address book too and since my old one is in tatters from use, this is a fun idea on creating a new one. I love that it matches your journal on your previous post.
ReplyDeleteThank you and best wishes for a lovely 2013! :)
I still use and address book and send snail mail all the time..great idea for a fixup of one!
ReplyDeleteLike your altered phone book. I use a phone book I've had for awhile as well as a Rolodex. Time to alter it. I also use a composition book for my Christmas Card List. Wonderful New Year's Resolution organizing project.

I still use my address book. Guess everyone else using their cell phones. Like the color scheme you used. also like that you keep it simple without chunky embellishments, easier to use.

Great Project! And hey, Address Books ARE cool -- All the nay sayers will regret it when their phones crash and they loose everything haha
ReplyDeleteNice cover on your book. I use one also!!! Guess that makes you a dinosaur also?? Sorry...
ReplyDeleteLOL, I used address books.
ReplyDeleteI love your projects! I am following you now. Came here looking for the FCCB Cricut Crawl and found a host of fun stuff!
