Wedding Album

In honor of my 16th Wedding Anniversary
Happy Anniversary Jeff!!

I thought now would be a good time to finally share
the wedding album I made for my sister's friend.
It turned out much nicer than my wedding album ever did
and the bride and groom absolutely loved it.

20 pages for Angela and Dave. Their colors were Champagne and Navy. Their taste was simple and not too fancy. So this album hopefully showcases their photos beautifully and elegantly.

Thanks so much for sharing in their special day as well as my anniversary!
Scrappy hugs!

Welcome to the Forgotten Treasures blog hop where we are showcasing projects made with a least one item we have had for 6 months, or longer. If you came from Carla's blog you are on the right path, if you started with my blog pop over to Christine's blog to see start at the beginning, you don't miss all the fabulous projects!

We have several sponsors offering gift certificates for this hop. To be eligible for the gift certificates you must comment on each blog and comment on each sponsor's facebook pages. Random winners for each gift card will be selected on July 22 and the winners will be posted on Christine's blog

3 lucky winners will receive a $5 gift certificate

$10 gift certificate

$15 gift certificate

I have been working on some wedding layouts that are for a very special bride (that does not scrapbook). This fit the theme of this blog hop perfectly.

My hidden treasures are: pearls (that have been in my stash for years), my Cricut Carts Sweethearts and Stretch your Imagination (which have not been used in over a year) and my Tattered Angels Glimmer mist. I honestly don't ever use this stuff and it just sits on my shelf collected dust. I used it all over and it gave just the prefect touch to the titles, flowers, and swirls.
I might have to buy more colors because this was really fun to use!

So here are 2 of my layouts. The wedding colors are Champagne and Navy.

Thank you so much for checking out my projects! Scrappy hugs!

Valentine's for my Family

Now that Valentine's Day is over I guess I can share what I made for my family.

For my husband I made this simple card with red cardstock and some bling and I cut the image and the word love out with the Cricut Cart Love Struck 2010.

For these cuties I used CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cart to create the boxes and then decorated them with the Sweethearts Cricut Cart. They were just big enough to hold the box of conversation hearts. My boys found them hanging on their bedroom doors and loved them. It was a great surprise.
