Hi happy Scrappers,

It's Veronica from Vicky's Scrapping Passion 

 sharing with you the 2nd part of the 2 page layout I just finish making for my son's pictures from when he got his first Golden Award.

Here is a picture of both sides:

Again, here I used 2 already discontinued CTMH paper packs. I used my cricut explorer to cut this fun svg file and added some cuts for the background from the CTMH Artbooking cart. The font is from the Disney's Mickey Mouse Fonts. I used my cricut to write my son's name on the award and his initial on the ribbon medal. 

I used Some CTMH ink markers to add depth to the trophy and an alcohol marker from Ranger to add more color to the lettering on my son's name.

I used parts of the QT Patootie Boy Sitting w Award CF file from this month challenge sponsor, to cut the trophy, the Apple, and the award ribbon. Those files are very easy to use and cut.

Hippity Hop Easter Layout

Hello my crafty friends!!

I am super excited to be posting as a designer for Paper Crafting World. I am so excited to be able to share these adorable cut and digital files with you.

When I first saw these bunnies I fell in love and I know you will too! With Easter just around the corner (literally) I figured this layout would brighten up anyone's day. 

 The file I used is called Bunnies Furry with Big Egg Set CF and it's in the shop right now!

Super cute right? I decided on blue bunnies because I wanted to match my printed paper.

 I added lots of dimension with pop dots and inking. They really pop! I also added some faux stitching to a few of the elements like the title to help it stand out.

Under Water Centerpiece- Miss Kate Cuttables

Hello my crafty friends!!

It's my day to post with  Miss Kate Cuttables! I just got back from Florida and the Quilter's Luncheon I was asked to help decorate. I used some of Miss Kate Cuttables' darling SVG files to make the awesome decorations for my tables!!

For my project I used An Ocean of Fun file.

I created these under water themed centerpieces using the fish, starfish and seaweed from the Ocean of Fun file along with some other seaweed from various files.

I just love how they turned out and so did everyone else!! In fact I made on just for me so I could keep it on display in my home!

Happy St. Patty's Day!! ( a few days late!) And Blessings to you on Palm Sunday!!

This week's question comes from me...Are you a little Irish? Do you do anything to celebrate St. Patty's Day?

Connie- I do believe there is some Irish on my mom's side somewhere...she's quite the mix! LOL! We usually wear green. I used to bake rainbow cupcakes or make green pancakes or cookies when the kids were younger. One year we tried to make traditional corned beef and cabbage. Loved the cabbage but none of us liked corned beef. So there you have it! Guess we will have green chicken or tacos!

Daphne-   I have a small amount of Irish heritage. As a child my grandparents always had me wear green and orange. Now wearing the green is a fun thing. We have corned beef and cabbage! That's a must!!

Angela- I'm not, but my husbands side is (so my kids get to be little leprechauns!) sometimes we go over to his dad's house for corned beef - not this year since hubby is working. Which is ok, not a fan anyway!

Veronica-nope. Just in my heart, kidding. I just love to see the policeman and fireman parade in NYC...
However, I do love st. Patrick's day, and would love to visit Ireland one day.

Kim- Well, they say everybody's Irish on St. Patrick's Day, but, yes, I am part Irish. These days, the most celebrating I do is eat corned beef and cabbage for dinner...works for me!

Now on with the projects.

I decided to create an Easter card for this hop.

Using My Cricut Explore, I designed this card using four different cartridges and altering the card and window images to fit my card needs. I also cute two crosses in two different colors so I could layer the purple cloth over the brown cross.

 I added some stickles to the Gold Window frame. And used a patterned paper in hopes it would look like stained glass. It didn't turn out as I had hoped. My next one will be different. I also used liquid glass on the purple cloth and the blue bow. Added some hand stitching in white pen and some silk flowers with an enamel dot. The sequins in the top corners have liquid pearl dots.

This sentiment is my favorite. Taken from an online card. I printed it on my Cricut Explore using a Miss Kate type font. I just love it!

Hello everyone. So glad you stopped by to check out what I have to share with you today. 

Life has thrown me a few curve balls lately. I have had a hard time keeping up with all of my commitments. Some days it's all I can do to keep up with the house. When my life gets out of control, I have a special man in my life that keeps me sane. He is going through a lot physically right now and he is struggling. But, through it all he is still there to keep me going. He is my strength on days when I have none. So, today I am sharing a layout using an older photo of him that I love. He was a State Park Ranger for 2 years. It was his dream job, but due to the physical issues he is now dealing with they let him go. This layout is to celebrate the time he had as a Park Ranger. 
 

With spring coming, I thought an outdoor themed layout might inspire some of you to get out there, take some photos and get crafty!!
