Our theme this month is Mardi Gras!! So fun!
The requirements for the challenge is to follow the theme of the month and use a Miss Kate Cuttables' file in your creation, including any/all freebies you have.
I am super lucky that I just so happened to have visited New Orleans this last summer! It wasn't Mardi Gras time but what other colors would I use to scrapbook NOLA?
I used several different Miss Kate SVG files to create this one:
