Hello my Crafty Friends!!

I have an amazing team of talented ladies and I am looking for 1-2 more talented crafters who love to inspire others as much as we do. I am looking for all levels of talent and no prior DT experience is necessary to apply. My blog features projects from all the companies I love. So my DT will also be allowed to feature products from whoever they love! No issues there!

  

IMPORTANT DATES:

Submissions will be taken until: November 30,2016

New Design Team will be announced:  December 12th

New Design Team Term: Jan 1st- June 30th

Design Team Responsibilities:

• Commit to a 6 month term: January 1st- June 30th, 2017
• Complete 3 projects a month (One monthly post plus Challenge and Blog hop)
• Visit challenge participants blogs and leave comments.
• Maintain an active blog.
• Post our challenges, events, and your projects on your blog on reveal day and link back to my Blog.
• Promote Connie Can Crop Monthly challenges and events on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Display the “Design Team Blinkie” on your blog   
• Submit your DT projects to me no later than three days before scheduled post.
• Have a Facebook account. Our Design TeamGroup will be on FB and that is how we will communicate with the team.
• I need help with You Tube Tuesdays, Sponsors, Sketches, Challenges and Freebie Fundays. Each DT will help with one. (It's going to be easy!!)

What's in it for you?:

Ready to be Spooked?

Beware of the things that go bump in the dark!!

I had so much fun creating this super cute card for you today!

It uses two of my favorite companies products (who I happen to design for), a Miss Kate SVG and a sentiment stamped from Cardz TV.

I also used some of my enamel dots to accent it. Used paper scraps I had on hand and added some sheen to the hat and the broom with the shimmer brush from Close to my Heart!

Hello my crafty friends!

It's Connie here today to share my DT project for Cardz TV!

Today is the start of Cardz TV's Anything Goes Challenge and I have been busy creating fun things for Halloween!

 I used Mary's stamp set called Trick or Treat! Lots of Cricut cuts complete this card: the witch, spider, sentiment label and even the Polaroid frame all came from Cricut!

I used some foam tape to make the spider, witch and sentiment stand out.

My printed papers are digital from Miss Kate Cuttables and the cardstock from my stash. I added some bling ribbon and sequins to brighten it up.

This is Veronica from Vicky's Scrapping Passion sharing with you a hybrid double layout I created using the NitWit collection Tailwags:

I call it hybrid because I printed out parts of this cute collection using my ink jet printer and colonial white card stock and cut out elements, which I used as embellishments, borders, and title for this layout.

Miss Kate October Challenge

It's time for a new challenge over on the Miss Kate's Facebook Group.

October's Challenge is "Halloween"

The requirements for the challenge is to follow the theme of the month and use a Miss Kate Cuttables' file in your creation, including any/all freebies you have.

I created an adorable Halloween Candle using the file, Boooo Title, and some vinyl.

The challenge will run from the second Tuesday through the 4th Tuesday of each month.  Winners will be announced, in the group, Friday of challenge end week.

Hi folks, it's Kim from Katydid Cards happy to be with you today.

Whew, where did September go?  I blinked and missed it!  But that's okay because I love making Autumn and Halloween cards.

Today I'm using an adorable kit from our sponsor, NitWit Collections.  I don't know if, as scrap bookers or card makers, you're familiar with NitWit, but they have such cute kits for any occasion.  Here's my card, just in time for Halloween:

This is the card, opened, so you can see "the whole motley crew", as the card is named.  These cuties are from the Halloween Hooligans kit as is the patterned paper.

If you haven't purchased from NitWit previously, they have the Fat Quarter Bundles, which would serve you well.  But if you want more options, as I do, you can also purchase additional background papers, called Halloween Hooligans Too.  There's also Alphawit-Hooligans Talk for coordinating letters and numbers,  Halloween Hooligans Solids and Lil Bits.  Everything you could possibly want or need.  And you can bundle it all for a saving of 20%.

And here's the back, the sentiment comes from the NitWit kit as well.
