I am so excited to announce my December Guest Designer here at Connie Can Crop...
She has created a gorgeous set of cards using the theme of our fun monthly Challenge, Baby, It's Cold Outside!
For my project, I made a set of four winter cards! Scene cards are my favorite type of card to make. I included a snowman and snowflakes on each one! A sweet friend recently gave me these cute chipboard snowmen, as well as the patterned paper, and I couldn't wait to use them! I knew they would be perfect for my winter scenes! Each card is different but I followed the same basic design. I die-cut a snowy landscape and added Stickles for some sparkle. I used the snowy patterned paper for the sky, added a chipboard snowman, and stamped a sentiment in a coordinating ink. The little scenes are mounted on cardstock and then adhered to a snowflake-embossed card front. I finished off each card with a different embellishment: snowflake sequins, regular sequins, pearl snowflakes, and a snowman charm with ribbon.
